The Iranian government has outlawed pet dogs and has begun to arrest owners who bring their animals in public.&amp;nbsp;

Two of the small dogs were so very cute and cuddly. I can't see looking into that face and seeing something terrible. Sometimes the authorities seem to carry the laws a bit too far. I feel sorry for the people who have been arrested and had their dogs taken into such horrible conditions. That is no way to treat the citizens of a country. I certainly hope the law is taken away and the people can be free to own and walk their dogs freely.
