That's it, I was looking for a comparison and I got it from a song writer who puts Jackson in the same category as Mozart. How ignorant of me not to realize that. I will have to spending my declining years listening to Jackson and Mozart on different days.

God Almighty have mercy!!! Anyone who compares Jackson to Mozart is in the same category as those who can't tell the difference between a fine wine and cheap beer, or pig slop from caviar.

But to be fair, perhaps Jackson is the Mozart of the Cuban working classes. Better yet, Jackson is the "opiate of the people." I wonder what Che what think of Jackson if he (Che) were still around? Who knows. So how does Jackson compare to Bach? Surely they must have something in common. They are both white. Right?

However, before I sign off for now, maybe they should have a Sinatra revival in Cuba to match a few of those vintage 19502 American cars they are still driving around.

Come on Cubans, you can do better than make nutty Jackson an icon. Far better to stick with Che, and sing some revolutionary songs. I'm serious.

I am so glad the Cubans didn't have to put up with the media distortions and exaggerations. They were so callous in ripping one man's life apart and prosecuting him in the press. They were nothing but a hateful bunch of gold-digging vultures. Even now in his death they can't stop talking about how strange he was and the allegations. It's sickening.
Now for something nice to say...
It has not stopped surprising me how far across the globe Michael Jackson has managed to reach. I have read messages from people in places I have never even heard of and the enormity of it is mind blowing. Michael Jackson was not only truly gifted but a beautiful spirit. R.I.P. Michael. You are profoundly missed.

MJ has a Guinness World Record 38 Charities that he has helped around the World. NONE of us CAN'T do THAT NONE. Many Cubans have bootleg satellite dishes, so they do in fact see news (Univision), movies, music, soap operas (tele novelas), programs and porn of the world and are not limited to what is provided by the government on the two government channels. This idea that they are completely naive to the world due to the government censorship, is inaccurate. Do they learn about the world in school? No, they have no sense of geography for example. But the two government channels will sometimes provide CNN feeds of huge breaking news they feel it's important for them to see, such as coverage of 911 when it happened for example. They are not as in the dark as people think.
