NICOSIA, Cyprus – Even the sunny east Mediterranean island of Cyprus is feeling the effects of the global financial meltdown and is implementing its own stimulus program.&amp;nbsp;

It depicts an international border between the occupied territories in the north and the free part of Cyprus in the south. The occupied territories are recognized as a separate state only by Turkey.
