Article said "cars that have been flying small German flags above the driver's door over the past few weeks added a Turkish flag to the passenger". I guess there weren't cars with Turkish flags adding German flags. In other words, Germans keep trying to please the Turkish immigrants but the Turks, as usual, don't care about pleasing the Germans.
